MF Digital Studio is the public studio name used for this website. This notice applies when you browse the website, use cookie preferences, or contact the studio through the form, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Information we collect
The contact form collects the information you choose to provide: name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project type, your role, and your message or project requirements. Name, email, and message are required.
The website and its service providers may also process limited technical information such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, security and spam-prevention signals, cookie preference choices, and analytics information when analytics is accepted.
Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
How and why we use information
We use personal information to review and respond to enquiries, understand project requirements, prepare proposals or scopes when requested, communicate before and during a project, keep necessary business records, protect the website from spam and misuse, meet legal obligations, and understand general usage when analytics is accepted.
Depending on the activity, processing may rely on steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent where consent is required. Contact-form processing is not treated as marketing consent by default.
We do not sell personal information or use Contact-form submissions for behavioural advertising.
Service providers and international transfers
Resend is used to deliver Contact-form messages by email, so enquiry details may be processed for email transmission and delivery. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to serve, secure, and operate the website.
Vercel Analytics is used in production only after analytics has been accepted, to understand general website usage and performance. Professional advisers or public authorities may receive information only where legally or operationally necessary.
These providers may process or access information outside Türkiye depending on their infrastructure and account settings.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain required contractual, accounting, or legal records, protect legal rights, and prevent abuse.
Cookie preferences remain in your browser until you clear them or change your choice. Provider-side retention depends on the active email, analytics, hosting, and mailbox settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access personal information, request processing details, ask for correction, request deletion or destruction where legal conditions are met, learn recipients, object to certain automated results, restrict or object to processing, request portability where applicable, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent authority.
